A weekend when running is more important than some daft beggars who should know better doing themselves a mischief - in Manchester, where a lot of people Made A Point; and in at the Liverpool Rock n Roll marathan where my club buddy ran in a sub 4hr time
to raise money for B'ham Children's Hospital where she also happens to work long hours in a stressful environment.

Lots of things today.
Affordable dental treatment on the NHS - tooth filed and filled after I bit too hard on a hulahoop and broke it yesterday (), scaling, x-rays, all for £44.
Swimming with OH and children in friends pool.
Time in the garden.
Eldest giving me cuddles and making progress with swimming.
Youngest making a toy from an old plastic skipping rope handle and bits of paper, felt, & lots of sellotape, & cuddling it to sleep
