    Hi Rowan,
Not far from me in beduff. Your right, my friend does it and he gets about 30 -40 species every year ( apart from last year for some reason) I never used to get much at all but I live close to Hartshill Hayes and theres loads of food for them there. Recently I've moved the feeders to the bottom of the garden and the species have shot up. The other day I saw

    Blue Tits
    Great Tits
    Long Tailed Tits
    Goldfinches
    Greenfinches
    Bullfinches
    Robins
Blackbirds ( one pair have nested in my Clematis again)
    Goldcrest
    Wood Pigeon
    Collared Dove
    Starlings
    Hedge Sparrows
    House Sparrows
    Wren

all in the space of a couple of hours
