You should ask Nicos about 'Toe' - I think she's currently got a problem with it.
.......because you're thinking of putting the kettle on and making a pot of tea perhaps, you old weirdo. (Veggie Chicken - 25/01/18)

When I had a plot in Brum most called it cooch - down here I keep 'correcting' myself. They already think I'm an idiot without adding to the evidence unnecessarily

I nearly fell into your trap Kevin - something most inappropriate.

However, I've caught up with Nicos's issue and wish her a speedy recovery.

I have also heard it being called scutch grass.

What's supposed to be the difference between potato/tomato & potatoe/tomatoe? They sound the same to me

If you'd asked about potarto and tomarto I could understand your point!

                          Its cwtch here

Cooch here unlike sner pronounced snow here, praying that it doesn't happen as I'm already cold. It's "a's" I have a problem with as me mam was Cumbrian and it's one of the ways I show my origins.
