        thanks Jay

Yes Nicos, it needs a bit of TLC (well painting really) no broken panes, looks roughly about 10x6, possibly bigger......can't wait, have already designed the garden in my head!

My word, Mrs W, you're a fast worker
Tell us more about the garden please. Do you have room for chickens 'cos I've never been to Lincolnshire
          I'm so excited for you

we have room for chickens, probably won't get any this year as we still have the van on a seasonal pitch, will probably look into it for next year (hopefully will know the neighbours better then and be able to sweet talk them into keeping an eye on them when we're not there!) The garden perhaps isn't as big as we'd originally hoped for, but plenty big enough for a veg patch and fruit bushes. It's the location thats fantastic, views to font across fields and a stones throw to the banks of the River Welland with fabulous dog walks. The cottage has really thick walls, it has stripped floorboards throughout, dipped and stripped doors, open fire places, very, very cosy oh and it has a conservatory!
It's not very big but plenty big enough for us, with a spare room for guests.

Back to the garden, it has a large patio area - perfect for pots, then a lawned area, you go through an arch to another lawned area(this will be the veg patch) with the greenhouse, then space for a shed, compost bins and hopefully chickens.

              Sounds like paradise, Mrs W.
A perfect retirement home. Plenty to keep you busy without it being a burden.
We're going to need photos - lots and lots

                      • Hi BM,yes it'll have to go some to breach the banks, although I say close to the river were not right on it and historically from what I can find out its not flooded there
