    On the Website I think it is it says " a good introductin to long distance walking" as you say it's not too hilly or strenuous till the last couple of days then you have a 1000' accent and the las day 1000' accent & 20 odd miles but by then you'd be fitter I guess.

    We ( me and my two companions) don't walk fast these days we tend to have a good old natter, extract the michael at every oppoutunity and admire the scenery - we're more loke last of the summer wine than Chris Bonnington So we don't mind doing it in 7 days when everyone else takes 5.

    We used to be in the local walking club but I started to find that really hard as you are either struggling to keep up or If your leading waiting for the back markers. Plus you don't really enjoy the walki if you are constantly worried where folks are at the back and some numty has shot off at the front not knowing you were about to turn off the path !!

    So we started to do the local walks ourselves and found it far more enjoyable ( the extra drinking time helps )
