Quorn have issued a recall for the 300g meat free mince sold in Tesco there are fears it contains small pieces of metal.

My daughter used to get some horrendous tummy aches. Bad enough to involve the GP. After going through all the stuff she ate at home we eventually found out it was whenever she had cottage pie for school dinners. It turned out it was made with quorn instead of meat and my daughter has an intolerance for it. The GP told the school that they should inform parents if there is an unexpected ingredient in a dish.
