The worry is someone may have eaten it, that would be a eye watering experience in a days time.

My daughter used to get some horrendous tummy aches. Bad enough to involve the GP. After going through all the stuff she ate at home we eventually found out it was whenever she had cottage pie for school dinners. It turned out it was made with quorn instead of meat and my daughter has an intolerance for it. The GP told the school that they should inform parents if there is an unexpected ingredient in a dish.
