Monitoring risk of frost? What do you do ?

I use metcheck (Metcheck.com - Accurate UK Weather Forecasts with Live Data and so much more...). It has been pretty reliable for my postcode.

I've added that one to my fav bar, I'll see how it measures up against night time temps recorded by my garden thermometer.
