                Thank you everyone for the kind wishes. I'm off to my "birthday bash" as my friend called it on the invitation so I expect there might be a few drunken photos later

                          Thanks again everyone for your birthday messages

                          It was a fabulous party with enough food to sink a battleship Also, as a little surprise, I was treated to a musical interlude. My friend's husband and his friend play cello and guitar together. It sounds a bit high brow but it really wasn't. They played beautiful classic folk music with the emphasis on gypsy stlye - they were excellent:
