Red warnings for a few areas here in Ireland, with a lot of the Schools closed as a precaution.
We should miss the guts of it in Co. Dublin - just 80 mph winds to contend with.
Strangely not a breath of wind today or this evening.

I'm a mile from the coast of Morecambe Bay and the sky is a funny yellow colour. The winds from the south are slowly picking up and it's getting a bit scary. I hope everyone will be ok.
I work very hard so please don't expect me to think as well!
It's very strange weather here in West Cumbria at the moment - very calm, very low light levels (looks like an eclipse) with a grey/mustard yellow sky.
