    Observation No 1
My camellia is flowering early but only the side that catches a tiny bit of early morning sun and is sandwiched between the house and the garage. The main part of the camellia is against the front wall of the house, faces west and has only unopened buds.
I thought those would open first.

    Obs No 2
Courgettes and squashes are flowering and have baby fruits. Don't they know its November?

Obs No 3. There is a flower bud on a daffodil

Obs No 4. I sowed a number of different oriental veggies with funny names and they are in buckets in the GH. Two of the veggie varieties have holey leaves; the others are fine. Both the holey ones have names beginning with T.

Its dark and my mind is wandering.................

Something has snapped a load of leaves off one of my Brussels sprout plants. Just one, and it's not in an obvious spot to get to, as it's surrounded by other plants. The leaves are uneaten, but they were definitely snapped partway along the leaf rib, not at the stem. The dogs don't go for sprouts, so I don't think it's them.

Strangely enough I was looking at some tomatoes at the side of the house today, even with a frost last night the leaves still look ok, the tomatoes are a bit thick skinned but still edible
it may be a struggle to reach the top, but once your over the hill your problems start.

Some of mine are, as well - but the frost killed the dahlias.

I think my cucumbers are communicating telepathically. They seem to have decided that this year one will produce male flowers and the other will produce female flowers.

My tomatoes and zucchini are also about to flower. I have no idea why as I wouldn't normally expect any of my vegies apart from the beans to be close to fruiting yet. Apparently my garden thinks it's already December.
