      • Now there is a surprise it's raining again today ! Christmas decs gradually being reduced indoors but a big push Saturday to get it all down boxed and back up in the loft ready for next year. Then the pressure is on to get our bedroom re decorated and more room made around the bed for better access, then decorate the second largest room for my daughter to move into from the box room. Plus I have a new allotment to work!

Have a good day people, thinking of those of you in areas where it's dry and you can get on with working on your allotments.

        • Good morning all.
No wind, no rain so I am off out for my walk.
Back to the library to return books I took out to read over the Christmas.
Thst should take me up to lunch time.
          Have a good day all.

            • Afternoon, well the rain has finally stopped but the garden is a swamp...none of our ideas to improve drainage has worked. Back to the drawing board.
Off to the hospital with my mum this afternoon and then heading down to Ayrshire for the weekend, goodness knows what we will find after Eleanor, although I don't think it was too bad up here.
Hope you all have a lovely weekend. If I can get internet access I will pop in and see what's what, of not see you Monday.

                        • You lot go on about having to lose piddling pounds in weight. I went on the Government site and cross referenced my height , weight and age to gain my BMI reading. According to them I am obese and need to lose five and a half STONE!

That should take me right back to the weight I was when I was 12 years old!

Sorry, but I'm afraid it aint happening!

                          • I just did it too Snadge! There's 2 and half stone difference between the minimum and max for my age & height. The minimum is 6 stone 14lbs. isn't that 7 stone 0 lbs??
I'd look like a bag of bones at 7 stone, so I shan't even attempt it! I'd be happy to get back to the max.
