anyone know of a cat resistant chilli seed?

I ask because I spectacularly failed to learn last years lesson that this new cat loves to eat my chilli seedlings, no sooner has the cover come off the propagator and the seedlings have a good 3 inches of growth , then along comes the feline lawnmower and eats them,

nobody told me lovable domestic moggies were one of the difficulties to gardening

I had similar problems, both with chewed overwintered plants last year, and also with the Great Feline Related Chilli Disaster of 2017.

I also grow catnip, including overwintering some in the greenhouse and indoors. Giving the felines a regular catnip leaf to munch on seems to reduce their appetite for other house plants, including the overwintering chillies
