After 15 years my Yucca is finally throwing a flower spike!!!

There are strawberries on two of my strawberry plants, raspberries on one of my raspberry canes, lots of gooseberries on my gooseberry bush, my chillies are starting to flower and my ginger is getting big

Last connector for my rather long downpipe to waterbutt connection arrived today. Rain started just as I was fitting the last bits together, but water didn’t reach the end of the tubing until 7 seconds after I finished. Perfect timing

Best bit is, it actually works! Couple of drippy joints will need fettling with a bit of glue/sealant/waxed thread on a dry day, but that’s ‘cherry on cake’ stuff
