More lovely heavy rain today, to top up yesterday's. Not so keen on the cooler temperatures that came with it, but s'pose I can manage with my cardi for a few more days

Pulling some home grown carrots - yep good
Phone going - ah pig poop
Leaving carrots on slabs - they were muddy so did'nt want mud indoors
Answers phone - shortish conversation
Walks back into garden with phone

Watches our lovely, elderly (13 ish) Staffie - just laughs.

Finished work on time with nothing terrible happening and arrived home to fantastic news

Spending quality time with my grand daughter this afternoon.
Lovely walk in the park.
Interesting conversation.
And realizing she is almost grown up.

Glad that I took on an allotment last autumn, it's probably the only thing that I haven't given up or not finished doing for I don't know how many years, and thankful for my mum for encouraging me to do it.

What makes me happy is seeing a ladybird in my garden for the first time this season.

I was in the kitchen with music blaring out of the phone via headphones.
OH was having his afternoon nap.
I was really putting effort into my dancing.

87 year old next door neighbour taps me on shoulder (not heard her because of very loud musci and earphones).
Are you OK Lumpy? Are you having a stroke (nope not going into that comment). Do you need an ambulance?
I'm glad I've got a strong heart.....................the palpitations will settle at some pount.

Salt & Vinegar Discos, when the flavouring dust of a particularly well coated batch collects in big quantity at the bottom of the bag. Savoury sherbet effectively. Very tasty

town council, after 4 years of promises, have finally got the diggers in to sort out access to our allotment site. And will provide a skip for the accumulated rubbish.

Just received a spare for hose fitting from Darlac free even though I offered to pay.

Few years back had small parts for edging shears free. All broken due to my usage.
