      • Another exciting day trip. Oban this time. It's only exciting because of the cheap supermarket with lots of gardening products in at the moment

                  • Well the exciting day out got even more exciting! Not only did I get everything I want for my garden from the cheap supermarket and 360lt of compost from homeb@se. We ended up coming home with a new (second hand) sofa for the dogs . Their inflatable one didn't last long ( after rearranging our living room so it could stay in place permanently)

                        • Spoke to a very nice man. He couldn't actually help but he was honest about it. Even more amazingly he chatted and treated me like a human worth listening to and he wished me good luck. I had forgotten what that is like, so used to everyone being just about the job.

The 4yo did discover me sneaking out the house at 6ish, but was happy to be settled onto the sofa with Peter Rabbit and a big fluffy blanket.*

                              • heh! that moment of lying in bed thinking "if I could make it past the sleeping people, I could get some allotmenting done"... I confess I tend to wimp out and stay in bed.
