My foot massage ball has arrived.
I have neuropathy in my hands and feet but this large, hard spikey ball is wonderful.

The other half had gone on a boys night out which mean I could warm my compost in pots on the radiator, then pot on my sweet peppers in the back bedroom without complaint (it was dark and have no light outside by my potting bench).
Also I can watch gardeners world in peace, and he will be having fun. Everyone happy.Comment

I've just seen my very first (and worringly early) Brimstone butterfly.
It was not on a flower.......................
However, it might have been a white with jaundice.

Managing 30 mins gentle gardening without setting my back off again

Arriving at an agreement with Mr Snoop over the next phase of building work.
More than he initially wanted will get done; less than I hoped but more than I half expected will get done. We'll be heading into winter this year in a much better state than last. Talk about wishing your life away...Comment

Ate some more of my home grown pea-shoots today. I'll have to wait a while until they've regrown enough for me to have another harvest, but eating them really made it feel like spring
