        I moved south.
        No snow here.
Sometimes you just have to scratch that itch and get dirt under your finger nails.

My car always has a small first aid kit.
            several bottles of water.
            Some cereal bars.
A thick warm bright yellow coat.
            A hand saw.
            Tow Rope.
            Modest Tool kit.
            Spare bulbs/fuses.
            Warning Triangle.
            Cable ties.
            Electrical tape.
Cheap reading Glasses (to find fuses etc. It's an age thing).
            Torch (Head type).
            Phone charger cable(s)
            Picnic Blanket.
            De-icer.
            Glass cleaner.
            Secateurs.
            Hand/wet wipes.

When expecting snow I add a broom, shovel, Boots, Blanket, bag of grit/salt. Flask of hot chocolate/soup.

I live in the south where 1cm snow brings the world to a halt, mainly because folks are so unused to it they continue to drive like pillocks and get into trouble or can't handle a slight slope without spinning the wheels and sliding sideways.

Really, I'm surprised a lot of us can actually get into the driver's seat, let alone have room for a passenger or two....
              Location - Leicestershire - Chisit-land
              Endless wonder.

I always have a couple of fleece blankets along with a first aid kit, a light weight set of waterproof jacket and trousers, drinking water and my wife
it may be a struggle to reach the top, but once your over the hill your problems start.
