Ordered some Oca a few weeks ago (red and white). It arrived last week, I opened up the order and found the Red was rotting (bad), phoned them up today and a replacement is in the post. Which is nice.

Well, they shouldn't have sent you rotten stuff in the first place.
Quality control should be done before despatch, not by the customer.

Having said that, there is one company I can think of who aren't interested in customer satisfaction.

I've ordered from them before and never had any issues, although it was just seeds, not perishables.
