Afternoon all,hot one here,hope your little flower is alright tonight Cad,DR this morning about my back,he says a pinched nerve,thoracic,to me bladdy painfull nuisance,sorting out some physio,no pain killers,as i have bad reflux,and the things with codine in send me loopy,worse than normal,soooooo,it's carry on and squeek,when i get stabbed as well as general ache,and wonky painfull feet from it,oh not forgetting the shoulder issues ,unless that is radiating from it as well,i WILL not give up ,a friend has taken MR out for a break out the walls,BE good 2 yrselfs

LD, don't know if this is of any help, but I found the gentle rotating side-to-side movements I did while scything sorted my pinched nerve. I was very surprised.

Very misty first thing but the sun has broken through.
Isn't it lovely seeing all this new fresh green growth on the trees?

My 'good deed for the day' yesterday was to put 2peeps in touch with each other...one wanting to get rid of about 600 books, and the other who is setting up a reading cafe/boutique in the village. 5 of us , 30 mins and a van and they were transferred from one home to their new home.
Quite chuffed really cos they are all English books so it'll be a good excuse to pop in from time to time

Anyone watching the wedding?...I'll be outside gardening but will no doubt catch the highlights...
Have to say, the bit which interests me most is the idea of lemon and elderflower flavoured cake....but then, it would...cos I'm dieting

Morning, I've already been down to the allotment watering my plants. OH wants to go out this afternoon,so going to spend the morning pottering in the garden.

Congratulations, Cariann. Great news. When do you start?

As for here, a morning gardening with Mr Snoop's help. Then, if the rain holds off, a mid-afternoon picnic in the company of most of the rest of the village out at a local shrine. I like the picnic, Mr Snoop likes the skipping, tug-of-war and climbing the greasy pole type games afterwards. They go on a bit for my taste, but that's because I'm turning into an old fuddy duddy.

Potatoes will at long last get planted today! How behind is that?!
