Yeh...muggy night here too.Nice to see the moon for the first time in ages.
Woke up with hay fever this morning
Ache all over after yesterday's swim....weeding and a quick nip to the shops for me today -looking for some live yogurt to make my own...also need to get some watermelon in for my diet..

^I find even the cheap commercial stuff works. So long as it's the kind of yogurt that has to be kept in the fridge (i.e. not pasteurised), I think it should be OK. What matters most is the milk! Plus, I add a couple of tablespoons of powdered milk for extra creaminess.

Bright and blue here. But chilly. Heavy dew.

Made the mistake of looking at a couple of news websites before coming here. Need a coffee to cheer me up. So, catch you later guys.

Morning Flo et al, well good news from the consultant last night Mrs C can be weened off the steroids and her blood markers are looking a whole lot better now I just have to keep her doing the exercises to build up muscles whilst the steroids are still working on her.

If there had not been a two month waiting list for the Physiotherapist she could have been in a much better place than she is at the moment, but still happy that we have 3 months to build her up.

Very sticky night youngest daughter wanted her fan down from the loft and assembled which Dad duly did, but a lot cooler and overcast here today. So plans for today a haircut as I look like Doc Brown from Back to The Future. A visit to the allotment plot I'm giving up to collect a load of sacks of rubbish as its Rubbish Bin day tomorrow.

Definitely muggy yesterday, the big fan was retrieved from the garage. Felt much more comfortable
Still watering, weeding, bug sorting and loving it
Nicos, watermelon has a lot more sugar in than, say a cantaloupe

Waiting for the sun again here, same as last few days, but feels a bit thundery IYKWIM. Sun would be nice of course but we really need a good downpour. Hope it decides soon

Tesco smashed all my eggs on delivery (again!) so this morning I'm making cupcakes for G Kids and quiche for tea. After that depends on the weather.

Morning, chilly again this morning and going by the news articles we had a lot of rain through the night. Managed a bit of ironing yesterday but I get bored too easily so gave up...may and I say may do a bit more today.

We've had some overnight rain, but not much, water butts still not filled up, though looks like we may get some more. Warmish and breezy, another rest day for me, only 4 weeks till we go to Skye then on the ferry to Lewis and Harris, love the Hebrides, so need to be fit.

Good evening, after heavy rain overnight, it managed to stay dry for most of my the day had some shopping to do then pick up the boy's and take youngest to the swimming, then after tea went out to the garden for a time, I have some convolvulus which pops up now and then, but hopefully if I keep on top of it it will die off, just doing some general tidying up when the rain started so called it a day and went in to read a book, now for off to bed, so I wish you all a good night
