Nipped out to a Vide Grenier yesterday and came back with a load of really cheap jam jars and Le Parfait preserving jars so guess who is a happy bunny?

Plot probably could do with watering today, was going to get up early but we had a mozzie visit the bedroom in the night and had to get it before we could relax
Amazing how one tiny critter playing hide and seek can give hours of entertainment

I saw a mozzie for the first time ever at my Mum's house when I was back in the UK. I had to do a double-take. We sleep with a mozzie net here. Never expected such a thing might be necessary in the UK.

Good afternoon, Jays wee smirr has travelled over to me now, at my daughter's for the boy's and hung out a washing, then put an other one on and had that out as well had to take it all down and now the rain is off, but I am not hanging any washing back out

Afternoon all,need lummy's rain dance here,it is to hot to let any potential rain cloud drop it's load,and we have had them go over,found out the washing machine works well,when it is switched on ,ti's this heat you know,stay safe all drink plenty.

Afternoon all. Not been on for a few days as I haven't really done much in these past few days apart from spend a bit of money on seeds
I am quite proud of myself as I found a walk in green house reduced in a shop and I didn't buy it. Might go back for it tomorrow though .
Just got Han off school at the moment Will finishes tomorrow. So got her chewing my ear off and nagging at me.

Rary...it's such good fun that I've specifically come indoors to do a bit more ironing!

(Actually it's so stupidly hot out there that the cool of indoors is a bit of a relief)

Morning Chums, its going to be a hot one today not a cloud in the sky out there at the moment! I'm so glad I got my shed moved from one allotment site to the other and have painted it and started erecting the shelving inside.



Now I need to paint and add the Shed Extension / Onion Drying Rack to the end

Had a great evening in the garden last night.
Got out the telescope and was looking at Jupiter, Mars , the craters on the moon and the rings of Saturn...fantastically clear night. Getting ready for the blood moon and eclipse on Friday!
Waved to ISS as they passed overhead....

Woke up to 100% cloud cover

Might try and get a quick swim in today.....
