We've had a strong wind and overcast, 19 degrees so not cold, but just has that end of summer feel, rather than the peak of the summer, odd really.

Dull and breezy here, definitely Autumnal feeling.
Leaves are falling, as are nuts from the trees on the street
Squirrels are digging holes in our garden again.
Hubby is not happy as he has worked hard to get the lawn looking good this year.

Bright, warm and very windy here - keeping fingers crossed for the open greenhouse windows!

I'm still up to my neck with boxes of books everywhere, dust and paint tins and brushes in the sink - now have 2 coats on and sanded. Just the last coat and distressing to do...... sometimes I wish I'd never started

Good afternoon all,just done a bit more to the veg patch,i hummed and ared about how to finish the main path edge now no wooden beds,so chucked a few granit bits down,hopeing to grow some low rockery plants up and over them,at least it defines where the bed ends,and uses up what we already have,yet got to reduce the soil depth in places,and put another path in,when the roma toms have come out,

Takes off ironing cap.
Just managed to do 90mins of ironing!...going to be nice today so really want to do outdoor stuff later.

Can't believe it's Monday again so soon. Feels like summer is flying by.

I bought a tray of peaches and a tray of apricots on Saturday so I want to get those in the freezer at some point today. I absolutely adore peach or apricot crumble in the middle of winter!
Watermelon for breakfast for me today....ta muchly for the brew Flo

Morning everyone. Cool and cloudy here again. Did warm up a bit yesterday. I'm sandal shopping with the kids this morning. The are away next week on holiday with their dad so need something for the beach.

Apart from that nothing else is planned for today.
