Much improved ta....still feel generally unwell and very tired with it.
The continuous multiple 'wasp sting' feeling has settled into a 'darned good thrashing with a bunch of nettles'feeling now.
Because it's on my head I feel I have a hangover from hell on that side....but that too is settling.

I believe there is a vaccination against it happening again...might enquire...
      Nasty ain't it?

      How's yours doing?
      Getting there Nicos
I too have had the tired thing, I can do work one day and flake out for the whole of the next
My spots only need lanacane once a day now, thank goodness, they were some itchy, painful @@@
I get pain from the middle of my back right round to the front on the left hand side
That only returns on the odd occasion now thank goodness.
Onwards and upwards for us busy girls
Hubby had the vaccine the other day ....

          • Mornin Flon'all
Just been woken by a heavy downpour bouncing off the window.
All gone now!.....hope that's it for the rest of the day....I'd like to get my strawberry bed weeded if piss -the damp ground will make it much easier-it was like concrete yesterday.
Really chuffed I collected all the hazelnuts whilst they were dry. I really need to weigh them!
I bought some melons the other day and fancy making melon and lemon jam. We had a taste of some last year and it was utterly delish!
....so...that's my day sorted whatever the weather!

NS....wow...it really does take time to get over...I need to be kinder to myself for a while longer then....*sends a gentle hug x

Hibou is now bouncing around the room....best get her fed

            See ya'll later....nearly weekend!

                • Mornings!
We had a relatively calm night and not much rain, I'd complain we still haven't had enough - but it seems wicked when others are suffering with too much
More domestics this morning for me, but if it stays dry I must take all the veg waste round the plot for the compost bins, the small yard bin is overflowing.

                  Have a good'un

                    • Good morning all.
We had a full day and night yesterday.
Water butts, and buckets all overflowing now.
This morning is sunshine but cold and breezy.
Having my granddaughter in for lunch and then we are going visiting.
                      Have a good day all.

                      • Early evening all
We have been lucky weather wise today. One large shower and that was it
Very windy, but bright sunshine with it.
                        Dried my washing a treat
Treated myself to a small bag of nuts whilst shopping, got flipping indigestion now
Have a lovely evening and keep safe

                        • Good evening, its been a day of sunshine and heavy showers, had to go shopping but can't complain as it was for clothes for me as I have been told the other ones were just hanging on me, I thought that's what clothes did anyway I now have some new trousers and shirts, and have been told to clear out the old ones, but we will see as I feel comfortable in them, just realised thats possibly why I have the new ones, women don't like to see men feeling comfortable right need to go OH has my tea ready, and I'm,ready for my tea

                          • Was watching The Chase and a question was what was used in Queen of Puddings. I thought, ooh, I haven't made that for ages and looked it up on line. I found all sorts of silly telly chefs take on it. I'll look it up in my cookery books. It did, however, make me get off my bum and turn my dried bread into crumbs.
