Nice to feel I'm starting to get back into my normal routine. Can hardly believe it's October next week

Ironing and a tad of weeding for me today...well, that's the plan

Morning, a cold start it was only 4.4c in my GH and theres ice on top of the water in the trugs, it feels like a real autumn day.

Sunny but feeling cool this morning 8C, cardi on - but I stripped the bed and sheets etc are in the m/c already.
Don't know what I'm in the mood for yet, so there's no plan for the day

Melon jam, Nicos. Only ever had that in France so I always think of it as a French thing. Does anyone else on here make it?

Bright here at the moment, but some clouds looking to build up into a clump. Windy in the night but now still at ground level, though the clouds up top are scudding along at a rate of knots, trying to catch up with each other.

Work calls big time today. So better get on with it. Have a good day, everyone.

When I went into the greenhouse the low on the thermometer said 3.9C...off now to cut all my squashes as forecast is for more of the same this week. Earlier than usual but don't want to lose them!

Just looked out of the window and we have a huge, full, harvest moon.
Stunningly pretty and the garden is beautifully lit up.

Sad how much we miss when we are asleep eh?
