Remember me saying I had loads of seeds and won't need any more? Postie just delivered my order of Mammoth, Trench Celery, Red Onions and Pot Leeks as well as some Britains Breakfast Tomatoes, from Robinsons, so that's me done...…………….well apart from Parsnips obviously...………..and maybe some Brassicas...………..and Carrots(is this gardening malarkey addictive or what lol)

Sorry to hear you've not been feeling so good, Burnie. Hope you manage to get it sorted soon.
Didn't get everything done yesterday that I had planned. Nothing new about that. But... I did meet the firewood man and ordered some in for delivery later this month. One lot for the woodburner in the bedroom and another lot for the stove in the kitchen. So that was good.
Didn't get to try out my fancy new two-handed secateurs yesterday, but I have this morning. And am dead pleased. Expensive but well worth it. Stuck at it for an hour and no aching arms or hands. Managed to get a fair bit of holly oak cleared before I got a load of bramble thorns in my boots and decided to call it a day.
Work now calls, but that's all right. At least it's manageable.
Have a jolly afternoon, everyone.

Looking forward to getting my 6Kw Multi-fuel stove installed in my retirement cottage tomorrow......just in time for the bad weather. I've had the new stove for about six years now but only recently could I afford to get it installed.

Mornin n'alln'all
Been awake for a while now...second day of tractors, trucks and maize harvesters bombing up and down our tiny lane.
They've been at it for nearly an hour
Not sure if they are trying to get it all in before the rains arrive tomorrow, but it's so constant poor Hibou is having to stay indoors.
She's not a happy bunny...but I keep reminding her of what happened 3years ago. Not sure if that helps
They shred the whole of the maize plant for winter cow fodder. Big thing around here.
So...2mugs of tea already supped..I might just pour myself another brew!...anyone care to join me? Kettle's on!
See ya later peeps...*grabs gardening clothes as today's is the day we shall mostly be collecting, wrapping and storing our apple crop"Nicos, Queen of Gooooogle" and... GYO's own Miss Marple

I like that it has one big window rather than two.
You know you'll just be sat in front of it for hours when it's installed?....whisky in hand
I can just see you now.....
Fingers crossed the installation goes ahead as planned."Nicos, Queen of Gooooogle" and... GYO's own Miss Marple
