good evening, a cold wet night here, it has been a cold miserable day all day,(or perhaps it's me) I have not done much today apart from taking the dog a walk then going for some milk, really miss the doorstep deliveries nowadays, it cost more but was good to have fresh milk every day,, now going to browse the Vine for a time, then a hot toddy and into bed. Enjoy your weekend hope you avoid any colds etc. and pass on a smile Goodnight

We have 3front doors and 2backdoors...Hibou has demanded to check the weather from each of those...plus our bedroom window!
...and finally decided the weather is the same at the front as at the back of the house
Ergo....she's decided to stay indoors for now.
Probably until we go to sleep then will require a second inspection!

Hubby is still making cardboard boxes for the flea bay Sindy dolls. Sold 40 for the charity shop, only another 20 ish to go......

Morning all. Blue with cloudy patches to start this morning, now cloudy with blue patches. No rain forecast for today, but have just looked and we're due a hundred or so litres per square metre over the next ten days. I'll believe it when I see it, but that will be absolutely fantastic. For me if not for Mr Snoop... I'll be well set up for next year. Just as well, as I've invested in some more seeds for next year and am thinking about seed potatoes now as well.

OK, on with work. Was hoping to have a lazyish weekend, but Mum is off into hospital so I've got to get stuff out the way so I can fly back on Monday. One of my brothers will be holding the fort meanwhile.

Hope you all have a jolly and productive day and that assorted cats (and dogs) sort themselves out. That includes ours.

Afternoon all. Lovely day here but turning chilly now. I've sown some onions, - senshyu yellow and also Golden Bear. Sowed the senshyu because I'd given up on the Shakespeare onion sets I ordered ever appearing and what then came in todays post!!!! ANyway's I've planted them up in trays in the cold greenhouse. Looks like I've got two lots of late planted overwintering onions.
