Daughter in law coming to visit with the baby this afternoon so looking forward to that.

Just back from the doc's, what a wet grey day, automatic head lights come on as it's so dark, need the desk light on too, proper winters day with the fire in the stove and half the garden soup on it's way with cheese on toast.

My what good servis is that,the replacement has come,well within the time frame of 1 hour, and is all good,they sent another whole box nest of tables,so now have 2 sets,no instructions what to do with the originals,so will just hang on to them,until am advised otherwise ,it is from W..fair,very good servis .

Well done to that delivery company.
You're now the owner of two sets of tables.
This happened to me about 10 years ago.
We were getting a new washing machine.
The company delivered the wrong one.
We phoned to tell them and the next day they delivered the one we had ordered.
They wouldn't take the first one back as they said they were only contracted to do deliveries.
Nobody ever came back for it so I gave it to my daughter.

Off out to take up the last of the leaves and tidy up the garden.
Granddaughter coming in for lunch as she gets a half day on Friday.

Mornings.
I'm not late on parade, honest, as soon as I was up I started on getting washing sorted to get it in the m/c and on the line early.
Now that's out of the way, I'm eating my porridge and then will walk round to the plots and see what's what. Be too wet for digging, but perhaps can do some tidying up, plus I want to cut a red cabbage for tea and fetch some more onions

Good afternoon a bitterly cold wet day today, again heavy rain when waiting at the school for the boy's to come out, and had some hail also if this continues there could be some flooding, several towns in this area switching on their lights this evening, not that he best of weather for that, better just staying in the house, though I will be out at a St. Andrew's night supper, and its funny how the weather never seems to be a bother for that

Afternoon all, been a sunny but nippy day today, no rain though. Two lots of washing dealt with.
Been to see a dear friend just up the road, been too busy at work for far too long. Won’t let work get in the way again.
Started wrapping last night, if I’d have started during the day, it would all be done
Got Christmad cards to make as well,
Must try harder eh. Another month and it will all be over.
