Nearly weekend!
Just realised it's almost a 5day weekend for some? Worth taking 1day of annual leave for...if you can!

Also...Just realised it's the shortest day tomorrow

Morning everyone, Doctors for me today
Blood test results will not be pretty, I have put a stone on and loved every minute of it.
I will be back on the diet with Nicos come January
Weather quite mild this morning, rain forecast this afternoon, when we will be visiting our Daughter.
Hopefully the Christmas Day menu will be firmed up.

Mornings
Had some friends round for tea yesterday, hadn't seen them for ages apart from a quick chat round n about, so it was nice to catch up. I also managed to sleep right through the night, lovely!
It rained through the night again, so mild this morning and sunny with it

I might just make a trip to the plots to take my peelings round for the bean trenches, too wet to do much else though, might see some other plotters for a natter.
There's only some ironing on the must do list...

What a dark old day we've had, less than 6 and a half hours daylight, still the days will be lengthening after the weekend.

Good evening, as burnie has said its an early dark here today, it has been very mild with occasional showers, it was up to the church for their coffee morning then one or two things to be done in the hall when it was finished, quick lunch then pick up the boy's from school, and now waiting for their mum to arrive in, not sure what I will do tonight possibly wrap up OHs presents, wonder what she has bought me to wrap up for her. Well enjoy your evening soon be the weekend so keep safe and pass on a smile

What a hectic day, lots of driving in very, very heavy traffic, the madness that is Christmas.
Dull, dark and wet here this afternoon as well.
Glad to be indoors away from it all.

Evening all. Well we did our last shop before Christmas today. Thought we would escape the madness of the last minute shoppers but the shops were mental.

Shallots to plant tomorrow . It's tradition to plant on the shortest day and to harvest on the longest. It's just a nonsense but I still do it
