Ours in South Ayrshire are well into flower. Keep meaning to look at how to use this in cooking as we have loads of the stuff...the smell is amazing!

just finely slice the leaves and add to fresh dishes that need garlic the flowers make good garlicky garnish

I often add a few of the flowers in a cheese butty(piece for those north of the border)whilst on the river bank, fishing.

Late and early. I've noticed that nature has not only caught up in many instances but also some things are early such as elderflowers.
