back to pumpkin curry (I noticed the handle on a large one was loose which was ominous) so pumpkin (700g), garlic (4 cloves), onions (2), tomatoes (1kg), chili (1) and beans (200g dried haricot). Most of the pumpkin in the freezer. Not sure I will need to grow any, or butternut squash next year if the freezer can be made to bulge a bit.

Bumping this again
For newcomers, the idea is to eat something you've grown, either fresh or preserved, 3 times during the day. I'm aiming for something with breakfast, lunch and dinner.
List what you've eaten, no need for the full menu.
B. Stewed apple, blackberries and raspberries
L. Tomatoes and cucumber
D. Tomatoes

I think this is a great idea so will be watching the thread with intererest. I do freeze 'meals' and berry fruits successfully, but frozen beans, brassicas etc are pretty much always disappointing compared to fresh from the garden. All at once I hear your voice

It's terrible having to eat all the stuff you grow.
breakfast, usually 2 cups of coffee but today I added greengage(*) jam on toast.
dinner: cheese onion(*) and tomato(*) sandwich
tea: chilli(*), beans(*) french beans(*) carrots(*) onions(*) tomatoes(*) garlic(*) with rice and mushrooms (my wife said she didn't want pumpkin for a bit as it gave her wind), followed by damson(*) and raspberry(*) crumble..
