I read a book once about some children who were afraid in a thunder storm. They were told not to be frightened as the thunder was the angels making their beds and the lighting happened when they turned the lights on and off.
So you could be right, Nick, its Angels' tears falling up on us.
Its still raining - I know because I've been wandering around the garden feeling the Angel's tears pitter pattering on my skin. Feeling a bit soggy now.
Had a quick rush around cleaning the GH gutters so that the water butts can catch a bit. Its not doing much more than laying the dust but, if it keeps up all evening, it may help.
