  • Luna eclipse, Blood Moon.

    Just a heads up, there will be a total luna eclipse on the night of 27/28th July visible in the UK.
    Gardening requires a lot of water - most of it in the form of perspiration. Lou Erickson, critic and poet

              I think you'll still see the moon fully eclipsed on the horizon SP, just not the start or middle of it?

                    Did anyone look at it yesterday? It looked larger than some of the so-called supermoons and was golden rather than silvery. Don't know if it's heat or dust that changes the colour, but I sat a while just looking at it

                              Partly cloudy here..mostly just where the moon is
                              We do have the added bonus of sheet lightning flickering around...but that's not quite what I was hoping to see.
                              Might stay up a while longer and see if the clouds shift...ya never know eh?
