What's with "What's new" what what?

I'm on my PC and my 'whats new' shows posts from 2.15pm but I was here on the vine at 5-ish using my Kindle Fire so it must be in tune with what device you're viewing the vine with at the time.

Same thing happened for me earlier but I could see four posts listed then I went away,giving my daughter a lift came back & I can see a full page of posts now,I don’t know what time it happened,between 5 - 8pm. Sometimes when you look at all the posts it seems to have a clear out so you don’t see them again or something like that

maybe your pc is filtering out threads with long and complicated words you have trouble with.
