While browsing in tesco the other day i came upon this book. 400 Sauces, dips, dressings, salsa's jams, jellies and pickles. There are some lovely recipes in it and it was only Euro6. 99cents.

No Alice, thats not it.It has 400 Sauces written right across the front and the other dishes in smaller print underneath. Its written by three ladies, Catherine Atkinson, Christine France and Maggie Mayhew. and published by Hermes House. It has some lovley recipes in it.
