  • Andi C over Alan T

I was hoping for Alan T's new Kitchen Garden book for my birthday but for some odd reason I got lots of champers/voddy/wine can't imagine why!

So instead of Alan's book I purchased this one myself, anyone read it yet?

I haven't got it (yet), but I loved his Allotment book, all those gorgeous photos of sunny plots, it makes you realize why you're doing this, even when it's the 17th of April and you've woken up to snow. This is only my opinion, but I'd choose an Andi book over an Alan one every time, but then I've never been an Alan fan.

I do like Alan T but this book of Andi's gets a really good review. I'll update here as soon as I've got it

It's NOT alan T, Allotmentlady - it's Andy Clevely. I haven't read it but I did a serious peruse (ie nearly read it!) in the book shop the other day! Looked excellent.

I've read both - they're both nice books. I slightly prefer the Andi Clevely one.
