Was just down at Aldi buying more apple juice for making elderflower cordial infused cider, and they had some of their salad spinners on sale.
Having read recomendations of them on these pages of wisdom, I bought one.
got home and put wet leaves in it, (my only harvestable crop at the mo'!)
and spun them....
and it did the job.
but what made me happier still was that it was made not in china and boated here in giant super tankers, but was made in italy, so my own salad has even fewer food miles!
