    When I can reach it, I'll get my sausage book down This is the one we've got Home Sausage Making: Amazon.co.uk: Susan Mahnke Peery, Charles G. Reavis: Books
    Although, as I'm a non-pork-eater, we mostly make beef sausages! But we did some pork ones for Jez and barbeque guests last time, 2 lots from 'mixes' that we bought, and 1 lot a recipe from the book. they were all said to be delicious, but I didn't taste them myself
