We had a clearview in our old house (I forget the model) it was fab. I believe they are so efficient that they are allowed in smokeless zones (burning wood, not the expensive/pointless smokeless stuff)

We have a vermont casting stove, from Canada, it is fab gets really hot, probablly too hot actually we have been known to have to go into the next room!! It heats the whole house when on. Can see the flames through the window, it also has a cat on it to take the smoke out, it is wood but i know there are some pellet type wood burners now which are more economicable to run and more efficient than ours as it does eat the wood. When weeding, the best way to make sure you are removing a weed and not a valuable plant is to pull on it. If it comes out of the ground easily, it is a valuable plant. ~Author Unknown
