Just wanted to say I have been ordering like a mad thing and ordered some grow bags from Creative Garden Ideas and they came the very next day with a lovely man who popped them into my garden, I did not even have to lift them...Such good service, we all complain about bad service and I thought I would thank GYO for such a lovely pointer in the right direction.

I ordered all my compost from CGI last year. None of it turned up. A dozen phone calls over two months and they finally admitted they didn't even have any in stock after constantly telling me it was 'on the way'. Got a full refund after several more phone calls and at last losing my rag with them.

I've used them a lot while they were CPL and they were usually pretty good, but never again.
