Great Stella Artois offer (expires 17th May)

Just a quickie.

Just seen on another site that Tesco have a special offer on until tomorrow (17th May - is only on for 3 days) on crates of Stella Artois lager.

The crates of 5% proof 24 x 330ml cans, are normally £16.18 each but are 2 crates for £15 instead of £32.36 which is a great bargain.

I know it isn't to everyones tase as it is quite strong but it may be ok for some of you out there.

Try typing stella artois 5% in the search box instead of just Stella.

I am sure it is a nationwide thing.

However, we have tried 3 stores and non of them have that size in (330ml) only the 440ml cans and the stubby bottles.

Can't beat tangle foot. It does literally tangle my feet.

I tried the fursty ferret last week and was not overly impressed - though still a decent brew. I wanted more from it with a name like that!

My husband couldn't get the cans so bought the stubby bottles which are 40 for £15, I guess 37p a bottle isn't bad if you like the stuff (personally I hate it, it's too strong).

Not as good a bargain as 17 bottles of wine for £28 when our local Somerfield closed down.. Some bottles were £9.. Plus champagne reduced from £16 to £5..

We got ours, they only had one case on the shelf but when we asked the nice lady went and got us another three cases (two for us and two for friends)

I may nip out to Tesco in the morning to see if they have had any of the cans delivered.
