  • Aldi bargains

Went into my local aldi today and they have some good offers.
Watering cans for £3.49 with a rose, red or green.
    Irrigation pipe, 20m for £5.99
Hose pipe kit for approx £7.00 (can't remember exactly!)
Various veggie seeds for 35p a packet
    Gardening clogs for £3.99
there were lots more including pop up gazebos, lobbers, gloves, grow bags, hanging baskets, expandable trellis etc..
If you have an Aldi near by may be worthwhile popping along to see what they have.
When weeding, the best way to make sure you are removing a weed and not a valuable plant is to pull on it. If it comes out of the ground easily, it is a valuable plant. ~Author Unknown

I've only ever visited a couple of Aldis. What I don't understand is why the shop has to be so completely disorganised, as if they just dump the stock anywhere in the shop.

        Saves money?
It's the same in Lidl and Netto, they always have the cage baskets up the middle of the shop which are rammed with random household stuff.

They don't tend to even have the same stuff in each store.

The Somerfield near us closed down, thank god. It must have been the worst store ever, at least Lidl sell good quality product in this area.

I got one of lidl's £99 4 stroke lawn mower, supper machine and starts first time.

Its great not only do they not have each item marked but to find out how much the stuff is you need to use a scanner on the wall.

keep your receipt ... my mower broke (wheel sheared off) a few days outside of the one year guarantee

The lawnmower has been great so far. It's been used twice a week without a problem.

Just bought a fruit picker from Lidl this week, another bargin at only £4.99.
