Has anyone used this website, and if so what were your experiences? I've just used them, for flowers as well as a card. I wasn't impressed by the flowers so sent them an e-mail, 8 days ago. Still haven't had a reply. I'm not impressed.
What does everyone else think?

I used them for my granddaughters 1st birthday card. I wanted something special and it was so nice to 'design' myself, I even loaded a photograph. I am sure that when she is older she will love looking at her 'personal' card.

I would not be happy though, if I had had poor service or goods and then no response. Are you able to phone them? maybe the email has not been read.

Used them lots for cards and had no problems.
It could be that they sub contract for flowers and have little control over quality. It always pays to keep complaining. Good luck

Never used them as I make all and sell my own cards ...... I'd get lynched if my family didn't get a handmade one

Moonpig is a godsend for me, working away from home and having a rubbish memory.
Never once had a problem, but only ever used them for cards.

Always been really impressed with the cards - been using them for about 4-5 years now without a problem.

Only ever used florists for flowers though.

All this talk about this firm has prompted me to visit the site, I now have sent a card through them.

£6 was a bit steep though, but our recipient is worth it....just this once.

You can't beat a good Guernsey company. I'll see what I can find out about their flowers.

Still havent had chance to chase up my complaint. TBF it was just the fact I saw it on the website, and thought, just this once. Yep, it will be just that one occasion - there are plenty of local florists who are excellent.
