Hi all,
Thanks for the scoop on this book as know for a fact that my lovely 11 year old daughter has got me this book for crimble. Thanks to watching HFW, I skinned and cooked pheasant for the first time last week. This is something I wouldn't have considered before watching River Cottage. A life changing experience you might say. Apologies for upsetting any veggies!

Just had another look, the pictures of dead birds & bunnies, especially Hugh holding up what I assumed was a skinned rabbit with a smirk on his face (Hugh not the bunny!) made me feel a bit off colour but the pics. of the food look delicious. O.H. looked at it & pronounced it unsuitable for me as I wouldn't open it up & cook him anything out of it but he knows I'm interested in it if he wants to buy it for me for Christmas now!Into every life a little rain must fall.

Some of us live in the past, always talking about back then. Some of us live in the future, always planning what we are going to do. And, then there are those, who neither look behind or ahead, but just enjoy the moment of right now.
Which one are you and is it how you want to be?
