Baking Tray recommendation!

    I've just got a silicon muffin tray at a recommendation on the vine (or was it the competition?) Anyway it was a tip for using it to freeze small amounts, that I got it for, works really well, small amounts of tomato puree etc. Open freeze then just up end and the results can be bagged up.
    It does work really well for muffins too.

      I got metal non stick baking trays from Lakeland OK untill you wash them up there double metal with a gap and 4 draining holes so the water goes in but cant get out very easy so when you pick them up they sometimes spill rusty water YUCK!

            Actually, on the baking tray front, I would do a Delia - make sure its thick and strong enough to cook whatever you are cooking. Dexterdog
