Just thought I'd drop a note regarding what I think has been great customer service. I ordered 2 x 5l packs of chilli focus from greens horticulture Hydroponics lights kits systems, grow tents, organic & alternative gardening products at a great price of £14.45 each. I missed the delivery and rang the carrier to rearrange, they informed me the package had split and was leaking. They said they'd return to sender and I emailed Greens to explain (Thursday 10th) they emailed me back Friday and said a new delivery would be with me on Monday. Parcel arrived, my son signed for it but carriers left both parcels here (possibly to avoid an insurance claim) I emailed Greens again and they apologised on the carriers behalf and said if any of the leaking parcel was useful I could keep it. It really makes a change to deal with people who care and I'll certainly use them again.
