HUGE Wellies...

Can anyone recommend any reasonably priced blokes wellies in a size 15?

I've only managed to find some online and they are over £45 not including P&P.

My brother-in-law's a size 16 and he gets most of his shoes there now.

Wow. Size 15, that's huge. HeyWayne is a big guy he might be able to point you in the right direction but not sure even the big fella will be needing a size 15.

Years ago I used to work as a collier. One of the guys had size 14 feet and had to have his pit boots specially made to order.

If you're near one, try TKMaxx.
Since the average foot size is somewhere in the region of 10, the really big things don't sell too quickly and you may well get some rather good wellies for not a lot of money.

Of course, their stock changes wildly in a short space of time so it might take a few visits before you find something, but a year or so ago I definitely saw bigfoot sized wellies in one of the ones here when other sizes had sold out.

If you've got a few TKMaxx shops in the area, check them all as they do get different stocks.

My hubbie and son both have big feet i.e size 13's and get all their shoes from TKMaxx though they tend not to have wellie gogs.
Mind you wellies do tend to come up larger than your size to allow for wellie socks so a size 12 might fit you, Dunlop used to do wellies and of course Wickes and B and Q do boots. My hubbie bought riggers boots for the lottie which are insulated underneath and have steel toe caps and he says they are much easier to get on and off rather than wellies and much warmer too and he found his in Wickes he got in a size 12 when he is normally a 13 so you could try that. About 25 squid i think. I wear mans work boots which again are insulated and have steel toe caps instead of wellie boots, they keep my feet warm and toasty and are really safe too.

Just thought, you could also try walking boots, they have some real bargains in TK Maxx and both the fellas got their boots from there too.
