Pepper mill recommendations, please?

Whatever mill you get, mix a few dried allspice seeds/berries? with the peppercorns and it will have a more aromatic flavour
Allspice is a bit bigger than peppercorns, so crush them a bit so the mill's teeth can get a grip on them

I've given up on the expensive ones now. Just buy a plastic mill filled with peppercorns for around a pound from the cheap shops. You can re-fill two or three times with peppercorns from the local ethnic shops.
