    I am cooking my rice in pressure cooker, just use 1 cup rice : 3/4 cup water and let it boil until it's reaching 2 ring pressured ( about 5 minutes ), set off the fire and wait for another 10 minutes until the ring is fully flat/ no more pressure in the pan, ready to serve.
    Once in a while I will be cooking rice in microwave too ( use microwave rice cooker ) for 1 cup rice : 1 cup water for 15 minutes at 400 watt. once it is done wait for another 10 minutes for the rice to absorb all the remaining moist evenly and it's ready.
    With those way, my rice never go wrong... bon apetite,
