Supa Drippa Taps

Has anyone tried the supa drippa taps in organic catelogue, p101. Sort of like a tube system attached to old milk cartons, releasing 1 litre of water a week.

We had problems with inconsistant watering of toms last year, due to time away etc and I wondered how well these work?

Sorry don't know how to do a link for it, anyone enlighten me on that aswell would be appreciated!
