  • Anyone got a Dri-Buddy?

    Hi all!

Mr. G has recently become a shopping channel addict , so yes, I've hidden his credit card! Anyway, he keeps going on about a product from JML (obviously) called a Dri-Buddy, that replaces all those annoying clothes airer things that some of us fill our houses with. It supposedly also removes the need for the tumble dryer and cuts down the amount of ironing. Looks like a blue balloon on legs!

I've no intention of buying one (£70), but, just to humour him, I thought I'd ask on here if anyone has one, and if so, are they any good?

    Thanks in advance.

    Hadn't heard of this before.
Only 57.99 in Tesco's and there are impartial reviews too - doesn't look that brilliant to me though, think I'll stick with my airer in front of the fire

Off now to tell him it's cr*p!

Slightly unrelated query, but am confused as to how you can get annoyed by a clothes airer?

Some of us live in the past, always talking about back then. Some of us live in the future, always planning what we are going to do. And, then there are those, who neither look behind or ahead, but just enjoy the moment of right now.

Which one are you and is it how you want to be?

Yer, me too! It's what the idiot on the TV that was trying to flog 'em said. Mind you, if you saw how they'd hung their laundry you'd understand why they had problems in the first place!

Only ever watch those channels for the occaisional 5 mins for the comedy factor. Did they explain how the Dri-buddy wasn't annoying as it does look like it takes up the same space as a drier?

Sounds like a really useful piece of kit - NOT. I'll be sticking to my old clothes airer. Don't waste your money.
